CONTAINAWAY’S 3 EASY STEPS TO USE OUR PORTABLE SELF STORAGE SOLUTION:

1. CONTAINAWAY delivers the portable self storage modules to your address.
2. You pack the storage modules at your own pace. You lock the storage modules with your own padlock & you keep the keys.
3. We return to collect the portable storage modules and transport them to our save, secure & weatherproof storage facility.

Unlike typical moving vans and trucks, our system prevents the contents of your portable storage module from shifting. You’ll have peace of mind that your belongings will arrive safely at our storage facility. Our modules are also designed for ground level loading without ramps, which provides easier moving and reduces the risk of damage to your belongings. The standard & apartment portable self storage modules also have tie-back points allowing for extra security.

Because CONTAINAWAY uses a unique forklift delivery system, we can place the portable storage modules in a relatively small area – virtually anywhere a car can go we can go. Each portable self storage module only requires a single car space. For the standard module we require a minimum 2.8m height clearance and a 2.5 width clearance. The apartment module requires a minimum 2m in height & 2.5m in width if it is to be placed in a carport or garage or even an underground car parking area. Both of these portable self storage modules hold approx 10m3 or ¼ houseful of furniture.

CONTAINAWAY has even developed a purpose-built trailer system for our portable self storage in Sydney that allows us to park our dollar saver & standard portable storage modules on the side of the road – just like a vehicle. The trailer is registered and insured for public risk. As a security measure, we remove the drawbar and the wheels so it is not able to be moved by anyone other than CONTAINAWAY.

As the name suggests Portable Storage means that when it comes time to return your storage modules to you, CONTAINAWAY can delivered them to your original or to a new address – how convenient.
