CONTAINAWAY’S MOBILE SELF STORAGE UNITS SYDNEY

CONTINAWAY offers 3 sizes of mobile storage units.

• Our standard size storage unit is approx 2.5m high x 2.4m long x 1.6m wide & holds approx 10m3.
• Our apartment storage unit is approx 1.9m high x 2.4m long x 2m wide & holds approx 10m3.
• Our standard & apartment units can hold up to 1 tonne and will accommodate about ¼ houseful of furniture (or a small 1 bedroom apartment).
• Our storage units are made out of durable plywood which allows the contents to “breathe” & have a unique steel frame which gives them flexibility & strength.
• All of our storage units are protected by a weather resistant cover whilst they are outdoors being packed or unpacked. Once the storage units are delivered back to our secure self storage facility the covers are removed and the modules are placed inside for storage.
• Our standard & apartment storage units are large enough to store a king size bed & mattress
• Our storage units have one large out-swinging door for easy loading & is secured by your own padlock (except for the dollar saver unit which has a ‘flip-top lid’.
• Each CONTAINAWAY storage unit sits only 20cm off of the ground providing for easy and safe packing & allowing efficient air circulation while in our storage facility.

Our Dollar Saver storage unit is approx. 1.2m high x 2.4m long x 1.6m wide & holds approx 5m3. This is especially useful for storing a small amount of cartons, archive boxes, sporting goods, or de-cluttering. It is not recommended you use the dollar saver storage unit if you have a queen size bed to store.

Our Standard storage unit is approx 2.5m high x 2.4m long x 1.6m wide & holds approx 10m3. This equates to about ¼ of a houseful or the contents of a small 1 bedroom apartment.

Our apartment storage unit is approx 1.9m high x 2.4m long x 2m wide & holds approx 10m3. This also holds approx ¼ of a houseful or the contents of a small 1 bedroom apartment.

It is suggested that you check that the height of your refrigerator is no more than 1.7m. CONTAINAWAY’S apartment module is purposely made for packing that is to be done under a car-port, in a garage or even in underground car parking areas.

With CONTAINAWAY’S mobile self storage units you only pay for the area you need. Our conveniently sized storage units mean they are extremely easy to pack. It is more versatile to load your goods into a smaller space so you can regulate the placement of each item. Both the Standard storage unit and the Apartment storage unit have tie-down points inside so that sections of your furniture can be secured if you prefer. This also reduces the amount of movement once the modules are loaded onto our truck for transport.
