A recent survey has found that Australians are not taking advantage of self storage facilities as much as they could.
The study, conducted by the Self Storage Association of Australia (SSAA) shows the number of survey respondents that have used self storage in the past, and the number currently using a self storage service, have dropped since the last survey was conducted in 2010.
According to the SSAA Demand Study, level of security, ease-of-access to a facility, and facility rental cost, were the three features considered most important by potential customers when looking for a self storage facility.
